Product Questions:
There is an item I'd like to offer but it's not one of your choices.
How can I offer it?
We have thousands of items available. Too many to list. Just send us an email stating
what item you would like and we will get back to you with lots of options.
How do I change items in my shop?
You can change items in your shop once a month. Simply send us an email with your
Spirit Logo Shop web address and the items that you would like to add and to
delete. Please put "Change Items" in the subject line.
How do I know what my members are purchasing in my shop?
We will email you a monthly report of what products were purchased from your shop.
You will also know by seeing your members wearing their cool new clothes embroidered with your logo:)
We have an event with a special logo. Can we offer a T shirt with the event logo?
Yes! Your shop can offer an event T shirt or other item that is screen printed with your
event logo. Your members order it just like they order other items. The item with the
special logo is available on your site for a specific period of time. Pricing is lower for these event items. View the sample Spirit Logo Shop to see an example of an event T.
What is your return policy?
If there is a defect in the product we will replace it for free and pay your shipping to
return it to us. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and we will give you return instructions. Otherwise, due to the custom nature of the products, we can not accept returns.
Shipping Questions:
How long does it take for products to ship once they have been ordered?
Products are shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
How are they shipped?
Products are shipped by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested by your
customer at their check out.
Shop Website Questions:
If one of our members has a question when placing an order, who do they contact?
Questions about an order are directed to us. There is an email contact on your Spirit Logo Shop site that directs questions to us. You do not have to handle any of this.
OK, so our shop is up and running, how do we let our community know that it is there?
Put a link on your website. Post lots of flyers. Send an email to all members with a
link to your site. Order a product or two and wear it or give it to a member as a gift.

We will give you a link to put on your site.
